Here's a detailed guide explaining how to find this base in Fallout 4. In Fallout 4, The Railroad is one such group that is hidden until the player's efforts unlock the entrance to this faction's headquarters. Players have to make impactful decisions, including the factions they decide to help in each game. That being said, there are moments when Fallout is pretty stressful. Exploring the nuclear wastelands of the game in such a personal manner was an absolute delight that players couldn't get enough of. The series spawned two great CRPGs that are still talked about fondly to this day, before reincarnating in a new genre courtesy of Bethesda's efforts. Updated on Jby Ritwik Mitra: The Fallout series is one of the most popular franchises of all time. In fact, players who explore every nook and cranny on Fallout 4's massive map will eventually find this location on their own! Thankfully, while The Railroad has its headquarters hidden, finding it should not be such a major issue. So, to want to explore this faction and its quests only to fail and not even find this group can be slightly humiliating for fans. However, because of the nature of The Railroad's missions, its actual location can be difficult to find as it's hidden. It is, quite literally, an underground movement to support, help, and save synths from the Institute often by smuggling them out. No way.The Railroad is one of several factions in Fallout 4. Glitches happen here and there, but this is game-breaking.īefore someone decides to get smart and say "revert to a previous save", that would mean I would revert back to like, level 5. Please patch this so I can at least get some enjoyment out of it. the stupidest most frustrating game i've ever played. Games freeze, missions don't unlock, companions disappear, waypoints don't show up, mobs become invincible, companions get stuck, just. I'm new to the Fallout series, and this is by far the buggiest game I've ever played, ever. Every single step is grayed out and has a check next to it, but it's still active. I have every step completed, but its not removed it from my pip-boy menu. So what about "The Lost Patrol" mission? Oh, it's glitched too. There is only so much side-quests one can do until complete bordem settles in. So, until there is a patch opening up this quest, I give up. So how does this tie into "The Molecular Level" you say? I can't find the Railroad without doing "Road to Freedom" (the quest that is bugged). In order for me to proceed with the quest including the courser chip, this mission is vital. Even worse news? I can no longer activate the info bot. Guess what? No North Church appearing on my map. Apparently you are suppose to head to "Old North Church" after that mission. After abandoning that quest and ranking up to 23, I came back to realize that I can no longer continue with the quest. I promptly activated the info bot and let him explain the history. After overhearing the conversation in Diamond City about the Freedom Trail I immediately went to Boston Commons. Remember, you aren't the only person playing this game. Granted, not everyones quests may be bugged, but it could affect others. I specifically made a new account to these forums so I could share the problem.
